DELIVERY DELAY

Our products are delivered in most cases within 7 days (working days, for orders placed before noon) by transport companies for standard delivery. If a momentary out-of-stock product occurs, or if customs extend product processing times, the delivery time may be longer. The maximum delivery time in extreme cases can in this case reach 30 days without possible complaint. For priority delivery, delivery is in most cases within 7 working days. However, the maximum delivery time can in extreme cases reach 30 days without possible complaint.

When an order consists of several products or includes a pre-ordered item, the order delivery time is the longest delivery time.

The customer authorizes the possibility of splitting the order into several deliveries, without this incurring additional costs for the customer.

Checking at the time of delivery

The customer must verify the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier’s delivery note.

The delivery note will be required for the delivery of the products.
